Bayou Kale (50 lb bags)
A forage brassica that has good winter hardiness. It has a smooth leaf with a nutty flavor that has a sweet taste. Bayou Kale provides excellent regrowth when rotationally grazed, and the smaller stems are more palatable than forage rapes for sheep as well as cattle. It is more winter hardy than Radish, and has many of the same qualities as rapeseed. Bayou Kale is mainly used in grazing operations
